REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Real Blind Artist
Effective: December 4, 2025 Most sales are final. Art is personal, unique, and often fragile. To protect both artist and collector, we keep returns extremely limited.

Original Artwork (one-of-a-kind paintings, drawings, sculptures)

All sales are final. No returns or refunds except if the artwork arrives damaged or materially different than represented online.

Limited-Edition Prints & Non-Custom Reproductions

• Return window: 7 calendar days from delivery

• Item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with proof of purchase

• Buyer pays return shipping (unless item arrived damaged)

• Original outbound shipping is non-refundable

Custom Commissions & Made-to-Order Work

Non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order is confirmed and deposit paid.

Digital Files / NFTs

No refunds once downloaded or transferred.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos

• We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

California Residents

This policy is fully disclosed before purchase and complies with California law. Nothing here limits your statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
